On Saturday, Oct. 13, the Bristol Hospital Emergency Department’s “Team ScrubbED”, braved chilly temperatures to run the 2013 Hartford Marathon, in benefit of the hospital’s Cancer Care Center. Relay team members included: Lisa Shakun, Claudia Lamoureux, Bryan Kelleher, Jenny Cannon and Tom Riordan (Capt). Team ScrubbED placed 62nd out of 141 teams with a pace of 9:27 and an overall time of 4hr 3 min. The team raised over $1,800 for the hospital’s Cancer Care Center.
