Dr. Kenneth Rhee Named Chief Medical Officer At Bristol Hospital And Health Care Group Inc

BRISTOL, Conn.— Kenneth Rhee, MD, has been named chief medical officer at Bristol Hospital and Health Care Group Inc. Dr. Rhee replaces longtime chief medical officer Leonard Banco, MD, who retired from Bristol Hospital in early January.
 
Dr. Rhee had served as president of the hospital’s medical staff for the past four years. In addition to his duties as chief medical officer, Dr. Rhee has an obstetrics and gynecology practice with the Bristol Hospital Multi-Specialty Group Inc, which is located at 25 Newell Road, Suite D-21, in Bristol.
 
Dr. Rhee received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rhee has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery.
