Lights! Camera! Action! Bristol Hospital Films New Bariatric Surgery Commercial

BRISTOL, Conn. — Kerry Roy, RN, BSN, clinical coordinator of the Bristol Hospital Bariatric Surgery Program, awaits Director of Photography Mark Devin as he adjusts his camera during a take for a new hospital commercial. The commercial—which features Roy and patients from the Bristol Hospital Bariatric Surgery Program—was filmed Wednesday at the hospital’s Wellness Center on Clark Avenue and is scheduled to air in late February. The commercial is produced by the hospital’s advertising agency Griffin, York & Krause, and Big Brick Productions. Roy is a resident of Bristol and was named Bristol Hospital’s Employee of the Year last year.
