Arpad Fejos, MD
After completing his undergraduate degree at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Dr. Fejos received his medical degree from Ross School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia campus in New York City. Dr. Fejos completed an interventional spine preceptorship at The Laser Spine Center, New York, which is widely recognized as one of the leading centers in contemporary laser spine treatment. Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Fejos specializes in minimally invasive spine procedures as an alternative spinal treatment to traditional open back surgery, along with a number of diagnostic and therapeutic injections for the treatment of spine and musculoskeletal pain.
Tammy Gaines, PA-C
Physician Assistant Tammy Gaines, PA-C, completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, Connecticut, and then received her Master of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Daemen College, Amherst, New York. Prior to joining the Comprehensive Spine and Pain Center at Bristol Hospital, Tammy was with Greater Hartford Orthopedics, Hartford, Connecticut, and was a member of the Department of Orthopedics at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford, Connecticut.
Deborah Rosenberg, PhD
Dr. Rosenberg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and a doctorate in Educational Psychology from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She practiced and lectured in medical psychology and rehabilitation psychology areas including pain management, stress and anxiety management, as well as coping with psychological effects of chronic illness. Her practice has also included pre-and post-surgical evaluation and intervention. Dr. Rosenberg has extensive experience providing psychological services for the pain management population.
Sheila Grace Copeland, PT
Sheila Copeland completed her Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy at Quinnipiac College, Hamden, CT. She is a seasoned physical therapist with more than 30 years of professional expertise in rehabilitative practices, including land and aquatic therapy, kinesiology, sports medicine, chronic pain and transitional wellness programs. Sheila is skilled in treating work-related injuries, customizing programs to restore patients to the highest functional level and educating individuals in effective pain management/self-rehabilitation techniques.
Matthew Carbone, MSPT
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitative Sciences and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. He has extensive outpatient experience with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Matthew conducts thorough evaluations to develop personalized and comprehensive treatment programs. He works together with patients to promote their maximal functional capacity and quality of life.
Linda Stanley, APRN
Linda is a nurse practitioner whose undergraduate degree in nursing is from Ohio State University. After a career in medical writing/editing, she returned to school for a masters in nursing. In 2006, Linda graduated from Yale University with an MSN and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as both an adult and a geriatric nurse practitioner. She has worked in pain management for several years and is an affiliate member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM).
