Since its founding in 1921, Bristol Hospital, a not for profit institution, has been the grateful beneficiary of community financial support. Your gifts have helped Bristol Hospital offer the latest in medical technology and healthcare services.

But progress is never ending, and, so too, is the need for support. Contributions to the Bristol Hospital Development Foundation are still the primary source of funds for new programs and medical equipment for the hospital. Every gift is truly an investment in the health of your community.

Ways to Give

April is Child Abuse Prevention month. The Parent & Child Center at Bristol Hospital in partnership with the CT District Exchange Clubs helps support families in the Central Connecticut area by providing information, programs and services that assist parents in raising healthy, happy children.

The Blue Ribbon campaign is the annual fund-raising campaign for the Parent & Child Center at Bristol Hospital. This fund is used to create programs that will work directly with parents to teach them new behaviors, and new discipline techniques when raising children. Your contribution supports child abuse prevention programs in Bristol and surrounding towns.

The funds raised for the 2010 Blue Ribbon Campaign will directly assist the Parent & Child Center Child Abuse Prevention Programs. Your generosity will support the Center’s positive parenting education programs and support groups as well as the Maternal Child Health Initiative and Maternal Child Family Literacy Programs.
