Beekley President Gets First Glimpse Of Bristol Hospital Breast Center

BRISTOL, Conn.—Ayn S. LaPlant, president and CEO of Beekley Corporation, was recently given a tour of Bristol Hospital’s new Beekley Center for Breast Health and Wellness. The Beekley Family Foundation made a $1 million gift to the breast center project, reinforcing their commitment to the health and well-being of the Greater Bristol community.
It was LaPlant’s first look at the new breast center which is scheduled to open in late October. LaPlant (far left) is shown with Eva Wickwire, assistant vice president and chief development officer of the Bristol Hospital Development Foundation, and William C. Mascetti, president of ACG North America Inc, the design builder of the Beekley Center for Breast Health and Wellness.
The new, 6,100-square-foot center Beekley Center for Breast Health and Wellness will offer patients comprehensive breast care and wellness in a spa-like setting. The center is being built in the former laboratory 
space on Level C of Bristol Hospital.
