Less Pain. More Living.

Sports Medicine

Injuries happen on (and off) the field. From shoulders and knees to hips and elbows, we'll get you back in the game.

Orthopedic Sports Medicine

Our goal is to provide you with the best individualized care based on your injury. Our treatments are founded on the latest research and techniques to deliver the highest level of quality care. Our orthopedists are extensively trained in musculoskeletal medicine, sports specific injuries, and arthroscopic surgical techniques. Additionally, our physicians have served as team doctors for professional sports teams.

Some common reasons you should see a sports medicine physician include:

  • You have an acute injury that happens suddenly while you're playing or exercising. This includes everything from sprains and strains to knee injuries and dislocated joints. Symptoms you may experience can include sudden pain, swelling, weakness and loss of movement.
  • You have a chronic sports injury that develops overtime, often when training, or you have developed tendinitis or a stress fracture. You will likely experience pain while exercising as well as swelling that gets noticeably worse post-activity, and continued pain while resting.
  • You have torn a ligament of tendon, for example a rotator cuff, ACL or labrum.

Our treatments are personalized for each patient with their specific goal in mind. Below are some of the procedures we commonly perform.

  • Shoulder, knee, hip injections
  • Arthroscopic surgery
  • Anatomic ACL reconstruction
  • Multiligamentous knee injury
  • Knee scope
  • Rotator cuff repair
  • Shoulder scope
  • Shoulder instability
  • Hip labral repair
  • Cartilage restoration procedures
  • Meniscus Repair
