More about Julia M Toto, MD

Dr. Toto is a board-certified and fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breasts and abdomen, including the removal of extra skin which occurs after weight loss surgery. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her residency at Temple University Hospital and her fellowship at Regions Hospital at the University of Minnesota.
