Bristol Health's Home Care and Hospice program is centered on patient comfort, emotional and spiritual support, and improving overall quality of life. Our multidisciplinary team is able to bring our high level of care right to your home, or if appropriate, a similar home-like setting such as assisted living, skilled nursing facility or Bristol Hospital. We are firmly dedicated to supporting your family and friends in their experience of caregiving.

Home care and hospice are two different types of care and are dependent on what stage of health your loved one stands in their health journey. A combination of patient and family goals and the focus and level of care needed are factors in determining which is best. Home care is primarily used to aid those recovering from injury or living with an illness, with a focus on recovery and healing. Hospice focuses on providing a comfortable and high-quality life as the condition is not able to be cured.
