Socially Responsible Social Contact Is Important

Social distancing does not mean social isolation. In order to combat the spread of COVID-19, it is important to follow all precautions, including social distancing. However, that doesn't mean that we have to be alone. We all still need support, interaction and friendship. Grab the phone facetime, go to teh copmuter for a video call or just simply talk. The contact with others will not only help you stay and feel connected but will also help the person or persons on the other end of the line.
